New Studio Location!!!! :)

Well it's official....we have a new location!  It wasn't really planned, like most things in my life :), but it's going to be Wonderful!!!  We are SO VERY excited!!!!  It's going to take a little bit of time to get everything the way we want it but it's already taking shape :).  So with all that being said, we are now located on Hwy 278 East behind The Cullman Times and Bryan Business Solutions (super easy to find and no scary stairs to climb...unless you want to :)), 502 3rd street SE Cullman to be exact.  I also want to say a big  THANK YOU to all of my patient clients!!!!!  I really appreciate your understanding during all this, I know things are taking longer than usual to be proofed etc.  Racheal and I welcome you to stop in and visit us! .... Although you may want to wait until I get the couch back from being recovered and the pictures on the wall, LOL.  Did I mention this move was unexpected and happened a little quickly...Yes, for those of you who know me well know I go with the flow and believe everything happens for a reason so I didn't want to let this opportunity pass me by.

THANKS again and I can't wait to post pics once we are all decorated up!!!!!  It's going to be SO ME!!!!!  :).  You'll LOVE IT!!!!  :)  Big Hugs to everyone who is helping!  T

Easter is almost here :).

and we are ready!  I just wanted to post a couple of pics to show your our inside Spring set and what we have in mind for Easter.  I am currently booking Easter sessions for March 19th-22nd.  On March 21st we are planning an outdoor session in Mooresville which is ALWAYS gorgeous this time of year!...I'll post a few of those from last year for everyone to see soon!  The special will be $125.00 and will INCLUDE 2 8x10s, 2 5x7s, and 8 wallets as well as a 15% discount on additional prints....and this Covers the session fee, which is right away over $100.00 in savings if your needing a weekend session.  These sessions are 30-45 minute mini-sessions so please arrive on time or early to make sure you are dressed and ready to go at shoot time.

Valentine Special.....Limited Availability

Yes, I'm the worst Blogger ever....but that's my New Year's goal....I'm not saying Resolution cause I always break those, LOL.  So I know it's almost Febuary but it's taken me most of the month to get to all of my other goals for the New Year and now I'm Ready for this one :).  So feel free to give me greif if I start to let you down.  I'm wanting to post AT LEAST once a week....I want  to more but I have to be realistic...anythings got to be better than I've been doing..haha.

So for the first blog this year I need to update you on what we are doing for Valentine's Day.

  This is our Urban Valentine....we also have rockin studio sets if it's a little too cold out for you...but this time of year scarfs, hats, and coats only add to the adorable look and urban trendiness of the shoot.  If you like what you see and are interested in a Valentine shoot for your little one give me a call.  I have a SUPER Special going on through the 5th but there are only 4 SLOTS OPEN....I booked several by word of mouth before advertising.   So seriously don't wait!!!!...cause if you know me you know I hate saying No, but I'll have to once these slots are gone in order to stay on top of things.

Card Samples

  I've had numerous requests from clients wanting to see card samples to help them decide what image to use in a card, or for that matter what type of card to purchase so Racheal and I have designed some options to make it a little easier.  If you would like to order Christmas cards from a recent session or previous session just let us know what number you like and if you would like and of course the images that are your favorite.   

In some cases we may pick an image or 2 that we think compliments your FAVORITE image....some things just work better together than others....but we think this will take the guesswork out of it.  Keep in mind colors can be adjusted to suit your style, and all of the blue brown, green combos can be adjusted to red, brown, and green....Just wanted to make sure you had PLENTY of options :), LOL. 

The most popular card this season is our 5x5 trifold, they end up being 6 sided and on the examples are completely open and appear to be long and rectangular.  They are a must have this season....unless you would like a folded card and we can add an entire 5x7 image that will cover the inside flap of your card so that every family member receives an image they can frame (great gift idea :)).  SO HERE THEY ARE!

     

THIS WEEKEND....SANTA!!!

Nov. 1st and 2nd Santa is coming!!!!  This is a taste of our traditional look....give us a call or e-mail if you would like to book.  Only a couple spots left!!!! 

            

Santa is coming to visit :)

It's that time of year and we are REALLY excited about having Santa stop by the studio on Nov. 1st and 2nd.  I know that's soon and not alot of notice but apparently he's a really busy guy this time of year and it was hard for us to get an appointment with him.  With that being said if you'd like to have your little one's (or pets) photo taken with Santa this Sat/Sun don't wait!!!!!  

We are ALREADY OVER HALF BOOKED and haven't even advertised.  At the rate we booked the other sessions I expect to fill up within 2 days.  The special will include 30 minute Session Fee, 1 8x10, 2 5x7s, and 24 wallets of the same pose for $125.00 with a 10% discount on additional orders and holiday cards (even if  you decide to design holiday cards from another session you booked with Tonya). 

  

So again I can't stess Don't wait to book, ,we will fill up quickly!  If you would like to schedule a session just send us an e-mail or phone the studio at 256-739-1234 to see available time slots.  We will be doing 2 completely different looks for our Santa sessions.  One will be Funky and Bright with lime green and turquoise fireplace logs, bright ornaments on a white tree, zebra rug for the girls :) (don't forget we have our GREAT pettiskirts you can borrow) and lots of other FUN things.  The other look is very vintage traditional.  The colors are deep rich browns, reds, bronzes, and golds with elegant silk fabrics and a beautiful traditonal tree....gorgeous for your heirloom Santa portraits....so you can bring your play clothes, pjs, and elegant formal wear.

The coolest thing....

happened to me yesterday!  I'm going to give you the Cliff Note's version but basically I found myself at market with my friend April because I had told her for months I would go and she does SOOOOO much for me....and It's a TON of fun (I love clothes) well while she was shopping I began talking with a designer from Spain.  See I love Spain!!!!  I worked there at different times when I worked for the Navy and Marine Corps.  I told him of the places I had visited and he lived in a small town less than a kilometer away from where I worked....well then he found out I was a photographer, I was hired :).  He took my card and then asked me to photograph one of his gowns for the Atlanta AmericasMart Directory because he wanted something unique.  I couldn't turn it down....I love doing something different and he wanted to add my website to the add...at this point I would be crazy to turn it down.  So I called my client and friend Sabrina to see if we could use her beautiful daughter (sweet Jada) for the publication and at 8:00pm last night she met me at the studio for a shoot....we only had a few hours with the Couture Christening Gown...yeah that was the catch!  I had 12 hours to pull out a great ad, No pressure :).  So here is the ad...He loved it!  I would say I was at the right place at the right time but it's more than that.......this is God...and his will for me :).  It was even more clear when we talked of going to the same church and service 7 years earlier in Rota, Spain.......  :)

I don't know why I call Miss Carley this....but I always have and she expects it from me :). 

This is my friend Courtney's little girl and well she is just the greatest!  I love her and her Mama!  I hadn't posted a blog in awhile and as I was editing these images I knew I had to post a few!  I really LOVE these!!!   I've seriously had alot of fun with ALL of my latest clients and have been really pleased with their photographs so i'll be updating my entire site soon, just so i can show off all those beautiful new babies and kiddos I've been meeting.  THANKS guys for trusting me with your precious memories!!!!  Hugs to everyone!  T
